Sale items

All sale products are non-refundable and as final sale items, we regret they cannot be returned.

Full-price items

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your voluspa purchase. However, for full priced items, if there is any reason you are not completely satisfied, Voluspa is more than happy to offer a refund on items within 14 days of your original purchase date.

Returns are accepted for unopened and unused products only, within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To process return

  1. Go to www.voluspa.com
  2. Login to my account (must have a registered account)
  3. View order history
  4. Click on the return link to fill out the return form

Damages or incorrect items received

In the event of a damaged or incorrect item received, please include a photo in your return form. Once we receive your return request we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and email you a return shipping label, to ship product back.

To prevent damages in transit, ship the product(s) back in its original packaging. Include the RMA# and the original packing slip.

Once the item is received we will refund you in the original form of payment or issue a replacement.
