    Overview

    We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Voluspa.com purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, Voluspa offers a refund or exchange on unopened and unused, full-priced items within 30 days of your purchase date (adjustable per COVID-19).

    At this time, items ordered online cannot be returned in the Voluspa Fashion Island store. 

    Sale Items

    All sale products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  

    Damages

    If upon arrival, any part of your order is damaged, please email customerservice@voluspa.com as soon as possible and include your order number and a picture of the damage. Any inquiry must be received by Voluspa within 30 days of the purchase date (adjustable per COVID-19)Please note: Once product is removed from its original protective packaging, we cannot be responsible for any further damage due to improper handling.
