The safety and health of our employees and our communities is of the utmost importance to us. We are doing our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19 where we can, and want to share an update on the steps we are taking.
We continue to accept and process orders on Voluspa.com, please allow 1-3 business days for processing an order before it ships. Our Fashion Island flagship store is open and accepting customers! We do ask that customers continue to wear a mask. We look forward to serving you!

ARE THERE ANY CHANGES TO VOLUSPA FASHION ISLAND STORE HOURS?
We are open for business! And we are taking every safety precaution to make sure you and our employees stay safe while having an excellent shopping experience. For more store updates, click HERE.
CAN I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?
Yes! Our customer service teams are available to help answer your questions. Email is the best option as our teams are working remote.

WHERE CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCTS?
Items purchased in-store at the Voluspa Boutique Fashion Island can only be returned to the store location. We have extended our return policy for in-store purchases and will accept returns past 30 days.
Effective March 1, 2020, Voluspa’s return policy has been modified for online orders and will now accept returns past 30 days of receipt.
To initiate an online return, please visit our Start A Return page. For more information regarding online returns, please reference our Return Policy or reach out to email@example.com.
We are not able to accept returns for Voluspa items purchased through any of our authorized retail locations. Returns need to be made at the original point of purchase.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Payment will be captured in full at the time the order is placed. We will continue accepting and processing orders on Voluspa.com at this time, but please expect delays.
HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We want to confirm, we are still processing orders from Voluspa.com. Once the order ships, standard ground transit via UPS can take 1-6 business days depending on the destination. Delivery varies based on the shipping service selected.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Orders are processed upon receipt. Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes once an order has been placed. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions and we will be happy to assist.
