To Our Voluspa Community, 

The safety and health of our employees and our communities is of the utmost importance to us. We are doing our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19 where we can, and want to share an update on the steps we are taking.

At this time, we have temporarily closed our flagship retail store, offices, and operations. We will continue accepting and processing orders on Voluspa.com at this time, but please expect delays.

Due to COVID-19, some of our policies have been updated.

  • Our return policy will be extended to accept returns past 30 days of receipt for in-store and online purchases.

  • ARE THERE ANY CHANGES TO VOLUSPA FASHION ISLAND STORE HOURS?

In an effort to protect our community and employees, we have temporarily closed the Fashion Island Flagship Store.  We will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so.  If you are looking for immediate support, please contact customerservice@voluspa.com.

 
  • CAN I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Yes! Our customer service teams are available to help answer your questions. Email is the best option as our teams are working remote. Please expect a delay in response times as we navigate this ever-evolving situation together.

  • WHERE CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCTS?

Items purchased in-store at the Voluspa Boutique Fashion Island can only be returned to the store location. Due to the temporary store closure, we extending our return policy for in-store purchases and will now accept returns past 30 days.

Effective March 1, 2020, Voluspa’s return policy has been modified for online orders and will now accept returns past 30 days of receipt. 
To initiate an online return, please visit our Start A Return page.  For more information regarding online returns, please reference our Return Policy or reach out to customerservice@voluspa.com.

We are not able to accept returns for Voluspa items purchased through any of our authorized retail locations.  Returns need to be made at the original point of purchase.
 

  • WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Payment will be captured in full at the time the order is placed. We will continue accepting and processing orders on Voluspa.com at this time, but please expect delays.

 

  •  HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We want to confirm, we are still processing orders from Voluspa.com. We are however, working in a modified environment and remote, so please expect delays in the processing of your order. Once the order ships, transit via UPS can take 1-6 business days depending on the destination.

 

  • CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Orders are processed upon receipt. Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes once an order has been placed. Please reach out to customerservice@voluspa.com with any questions and we will be happy to assist.
